Terms & Conditions.
- Interview calls letter will be issued to short listed candidates only.
- Short listing will be based on the Screening Test conducted by CTS.
- Candidates should he eligible in all respect by the last date of receipt of the applications, i.e. 15 April, 2021.
- Incomplete applications and applications received after due dates will not be entertained.
- Relaxation of age is admissible as per Rules.
- The candidates working In Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through proper channel.
- Original document shall be produced at the time or Interview.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for test/Interview.
- In case of foreign degree equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.
- Errors/Omissions in number of posts are subject to rectification.
- A female candidate if married before entry into government service shall acquire the domicile of her husband. If otherwise she will possess her own domicile. However, married female candidates allowed to opt one of the domicile of her choice. Option once exercised shall be final and changes there in shall not be allowed.
How To Apply.
- Interested candidates may first visit www.cts.org.pk and apply for the posts online. For offline paper based application may be downloaded from the same website i.e. www.cts.org.pk
- Take a printout of the generated Bank deposit slip & deposit Rs. 350/-as test fee (nonrefundable) in any branch of MCB Rank Limited A/c No: 0807641201007160 and Bank Islam' Pakistan Limited A/c No: 305300083970001 on that prescribed printed.
- After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
- Please do not send any documents to CTS; Provision of documents/testimonials, with the online application will not be required at the time of submission of forms/ before the test. Copies of testimonials/documents will however, be provided by the short-listed candidates only in the screening test as and when required by CIS/appointing authority for scrutiny purposes after the screening test.
- A candidate intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post.
- Availability of online Application Form on www.cts.org.pk on 1st April, 2021.
- Last date for submission of online Application 15th April, 2021.
- Candidates will be informed through SMS by CTS to download and Print their Roil No. Slips from www.cts.org.pk, Candidates are directed to do not give ported/converted mobile.
- Test Date. Time &Venue will be mentioned or Roll No. Slip.
- No separate Call Letter will be issued to candidates for screening test through postal/courier means.
- Offline applications on prescribed format must reach to Candidates Testing Service (CTS), office No.6. 2nd Floor, United Plaza, 96-E, Blue Area, Islamabad, Pakistan within 15 days of publication of this advertisement.
Important.
- Please keep your documents and passport size scanned picture (soft copy) with you at the time of online applies -Read the instruction thoroughly before filling the online application form.
- CTS shall verity deposited fee at any stage, if your payment is not verified. Your candidature shall be rejected.
- Fee deposited on someone else CNIC shall not be verified.
- Keep the ban printed receipt safe with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
- Application form will not be rejected only but would proceed against and strict action shall be taken against them.
